2020910·The holes in the plate are not threaded. Large center bolt is a 3/8 carriage bolt with a nut. The two smaller bolts are 1/4" that screw into the rotor. Need to adjust the 3/8's nut so that when installed the 3/8" bolt is applying pressure on the end of the crankshaft. Tighten the two 1/4" bolts to apply the pressure.

201817·MEP-831A SLC100 Governor Controller Having purchased a couple of MEP-831A's I found that the SLC100 Governor Controllers are problem prone. The two Tier 2 Reset units I purchased with just 2 hrs on the clock both randomly exhibited surging issues as well as random WOT issues. Adjustment of the SLC100 Governor Controllers was futile.
